The parking lot is used by ONTC employees that work at the ONTC Station. The subject site is a gravel parking lot and consists of vehicle block heaters and lighting posts. The total parking lot area is estimated to be approximately 4,650 square metres (50,052 square feet). The project aims to enhance accessibility, parking spots capacity and improvement of the site's drainage. The work is detailed in the drawings and specifications prepared by EXP Service Inc. and Prospec Engineering Ltd.
