The project is expected to be awarded on March 18, 2025.** The project work shall include the following tasks: The work includes on-site and off-site demolition; site grading; soil import; concrete sidewalk; concrete driveway approaches and bikeway; concrete curb and gutter; decomposed granite pathway; asphalt patching; striping; solar lights, footings and grounding; signage installation; pathway concrete header/curb; planter mow curb; landscaping and irrigation system; and other works per plans and specifications. The estimated cost of the above described work is $1,500,000. Bidders shall have an active Class "A" license from the Contractor's State License Board, a minimum of 10 years of applicable experience and 5 recently completed similar public works projects, at the time of submitting bid. The project contract shall be completed and facility shall be made ready for service within 90 working days after the Notice to Proceed is issued. Five percent of the payments due to the successful Contractor shall be withheld by City as retention for performance security, but the Contractor may substitute securities for said retention pursuant to Section 7.04 of the General Conditions.
