Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Redondo Beach, California. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.

Scope of Work: On 11 campuses throughout RBUSD, existing fencing will be removed and replaced, extended, and/or reconfigured per construction documents/drawings. A vision screen will be installed over the fencing, as indicated on the contract drawings. The fencing will be a combination of Ameristar Iron Fence, color black. Chain Link 1 inch anticlimb fabric, roller and swing gates were shown, and any hardware changes per contract documents. This will be a multi phased project commencing on June 13, 2025, and completing by December 31, 2025 Deadline for Questions, Friday, May 23, 2025 @ 1:00 PM to Fred Naile, fnaile@rbusd.org
