The project will be located off Fisher Tank Drive near the intersection of Fisher Tank Drive and Windmill Road. The project will include the construction of a graded building pad, driveway apron and drive to building pad. The proposed site improvements include clearing and grubbing, grading, storm drainage, sewer infrastructure, erosion controls, and concrete driveway paving. Approximately 10.8 acres will be disturbed by construction activities. A future project will be required to construct a building, paved parking, and access, but the storm drainage and detention pond are planned for that impervious area in the future.
