The Work Includes Providing All Labor, Materials, Machinery, Tools, Equipment and Other Means of Construction Necessary and Incidental to the Completion of the Work Shown on the Plans and Described in These Specifications Including, but Not Necessarily Limited to the Following: Construction of Approximately 1.11 Miles of New Ada Compliant Sidewalks on the East Side of Pine Street From the Intersection of Ny 85a (Maple Rd) to Cr 306 (Voorheesville Ave), Along the East Side of Cr 201 (N Main St) From Grove St to the Driveway of 10 N Main Street, and Along the South Side of Ny 85a (Maple Ave) From Stonington Hill Rd to the Vly Creek. Additionally, It Involves the Installation of New Curb Along Ny 85a and Portions of Pine Street Within the Above Described Work Limits. No questions or inquiries regarding this bid will be accepted within three (3) business days prior to the bid opening. The Village of Voorheesville reserves the right to consider the bids for forty-five (45) days after receipt before awarding any Contract, and to waive any minor informalities in, and to reject, any and all bids or to accept the one that in its judgment will be for the best interest of the Village of Voorheesville. All bids are subject to final review and approval by the Village of Voorheesville Mayor before any award of contract may be made. Receipt of bids by the Village of Voorheesville shall not be construed as authority to bind the Village of Voorheesville. The work will be substantially completed October 15, 2025, and completed and ready for final payment on November 14, 2025.
