Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Anchorage, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Consisting of removing accumulated Cook Inlet silts from the end of the Ship Creek Boat Ramp and redistributing it to the disposal area 150 feet westward of the ramp. ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: Between $50,000 - $150,000 All Questions Shall Be Submitted Prior to the Question Due Date This Will Be The Final Opportunity to Ask Questions or Request Clarifications. Question Deadline 01/28/2025 at 12:00 PM AKT Contracts shall be awarded by written notice issued by the Purchasing Officer to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; however, preference will be given to local bidders in compliance with Anchorage Municipal Code Section 7.20.040. The Municipality of Anchorage reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bids.
