The Lee County Port Authority (hereafter referred to as the "Authority") invites the submission of electronic bids from all interested and qualified corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities authorized to do business in the state of Florida to compete for the opportunity to supply, Pressure Washing Services at Southwest Florida International Airport for the Lee County Port Authority, as specified in this Request for Bids (RFB). All work must be fully and properly performed in accordance with the requirements of the RFB and any agreement entered into with the Authority. This bid event is to notify you of the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting. You must attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting in order to be invited to the bid to respond. In addition, there is a NO LOBBYING POLICY in place. No communication regarding this project is to take place with anyone other than the Procurement Agent identified under Bid Contact Information. Any communications, verbal and/or written, about the RFB between a potential bidder and any LCPA department, agent, official, or representative (other than the Procurement Agent identified under Bid Contact Information) is not allowed. Violating this provision will cause your bid to be disqualified. The No Lobbying Policy remains in place until the fully executed contract has been approved by the Board.
