**As of March 27, 2025,This project will be resolicited. The City is requesting submittals to provide: Remove and dispose of all existing roofing material to the original decking, including applicable flashing, re-nail decking as needed per code. The replacement for barrel clay tile shall be a 1" standing seam metal roof. Also, remove existing 6" K-Style gutters, re-use 3" X 4" downspouts where able to and install new 7" K-Style Gutter around the entire building. Question Deadline 02/03/2025 at 2:00 PM ET
