The projected commencement date is set for June 2025 upon written notice to proceed from the City. The Contract Time is as follows: 75 CALENDAR DAYS The contract time for this project is 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed to reach Substantial Completion and 15 calendar days from Substantial Completion for Final Completion.
