The intent of this RFSQ is to select up to eight (8) respondents, with a minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience, to bid on subsequent LCBO roofing projects for the LCBO stores, retail service centres and offices throughout Ontario. The LCBO roofing projects may involve warehouse and retail store roofing construction projects, including but not limited to: (a) Roof maintenance; (b) Roof repairs; (c) Roof replacements Term of Contract: The term of the Master Framework Agreement is to be for a period of two (2) years, commencing on a date to be determined by the LCBO, with up to three (3) options to extend the Agreement at the sole discretion of the LCBO, on the same terms and conditions, for additional one (1) year terms.
