Anticipated Projected Starting: February 21, 2025 Date of substantial completion: May 16, 2025 Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent of the base bid in accordance with the Instructions To Bidders. All requests for waivers shall be accompanied by a plan which identifies what portion of the goals will be attained. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all provisions of the Federal Government Equal Employment Opportunity clauses issued by the Secretary of Labor on May 21, 1968 and published in the Federal Register (41CFR Part 60-1, 33 F.2 7804. All bidders must also comply with General Municipal Law section 103 and Sections 220-223 of the New York State Labor Law.
