Recycled Concrete and Asphalt Crushing - 2025 The City of Superior, Wisconsin is requesting quotations for the crushing of salvaged concrete and asphalt materials for 2025. The project includes crushing approximately 9,300 CYD of recycled concrete and approximately 14,400 CYD of recycled asphalt. Crushing is to be completed by May 30, 2025. The crushing will be completed on site at the Municipal Services Building, 2301 Hill Avenue, Superior, Wisconsin. The City of Superior encourages the participation of women and minority owned businesses. The City of Superior reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, or to accept such bids, as in the opinion of the City, will be in its best interests.
