A timeline for rebid has not been established.* The Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority is seeking a contractor to repair Terrazzo flooring that has failed in two restrooms. The repairs are located at T2 2600 John Brantley Boulevard RDU Airport. One repair will be in Men's Restroom 2597 located in the Terminal 2 Ticketing area and the other repair will be located in Family Restroom 2770F1-A located on the D Concourse of Terminal 2. The contractor shall provide all materials, tools, equipment, and labor required for terrazzo repairs within the spaces. The work shall be performed between Tuesday Thursday and coordinated with the Facilities Maintenance Department Director and Facilities Planner. Scope of Work 1. Prep work area and close off for safety (isolating area, dust control, etc.) 2. Remove existing damaged terrazzo. 3. Prepare area where damaged terrazzo was removed 4. Install new terrazzo 5. Ensure new terrazzo has been cured properly and properly finish 6. Clean up work area and return to normal operation.
