Renovation and capital repair projects at four (4) Metro Vancouver facilities. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals for provision of professional architectural, engineering and related consulting services for the project has closed. As of June 25, 2025, a preferred proponent has yet to be identified. The Services may also include aspects of building code compliance, electrical, access controls, audio-visual, civil, structural, mechanical, HVAC, interior design, space planning, and architectural related services. Further update in late summer 2025, upon award. *The Corporation has estimated a total of approximately one million dollars ($1,200,000) may be spent over the 3-year period for these Services.
