Location Atlantic County, New Jersey Notice Text Weymouth Township Board of Education located at 1202 Eleventh Avenue, Dorothy, NJ 08317 is seeking proposals from qualified respondents as follows; Board of Education Architectural Firm. The Board of Education desires to appoint a firm to provide architectural services to the board. Applicants should demonstrate knowledge and experience with respect to all aspects of architectural services required by a school board. Any experience or knowledge of matters that directly affect the Board of Education should be addressed. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS OF RESPONDENTS: 1. Must be certified to provide architectural services in the State of New Jersey. 2. Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in providing architectural services to boards of education. 3. Must be experienced in obtaining permits and approvals from various state, county, and local regulatory agencies. 4. Must maintain a staff of New Jersey licensed or certified professionals sufficient to service the Board of Education. 5. Must list past and present school boards served as their architectural firm. 6. Must provide hourly billing rates for employees possibly assigned to service the Board of Education. 7. Must maintain a principal office location in close proximity to the Board of Education so as to be able to respond to emergent matters promptly. 8. Must be experienced in the preparation of grant applications. 9. Must have project managers with at least five (5) years of school board experience. The Board of Education shall utilize a one hundred (100) point system in evaluating proposals. The term of contract for Request for Proposal of Architectural Firm shall be from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. The Weymouth Township of Education seeks from all participating respondents, information that will assist the district in selecting the respondent who will provide the highest quality services at a fair and competitive price. All respondents shall prepare a presentation package to be submitted with the RFP. The deadline to submit all RFP Packages will be Tuesday, January 28, 2025 2:00 pm prevailing time.
