The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) located in Gaithersburg, MD is requesting proposals from qualified Small Businesses to be evaluated and considered for award of the project titled "Buidling 101 Tower HVAC Renovation". See attached documents for details. A pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for Thursday, February 13, 2025, at 10am EST. All attendees must be registered at least 48 hours in advance of the site visit. See attachment titled "Information regarding Site Visit and RFI's" for details. In accordance with FAR 19.502-10, if this small business set-aside acquisition is not awarded, the unilateral determination to set the acquisition aside shall be automatically dissolved for the unawarded portion of the set-aside. Questions should be received no later than February 18, 2025; the Government may not respond to questions received after this date. Any responses to questions will be made in writing, without identification of the questioner, and will be included in an amendment to the solicitation. Even if provided in other form, only the question responses included in the amendment to the solicitation will govern performance of the contract. The contractor shall begin performance within 14 calendar days and complete it within 365 calendar days *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
