Please note that anyone wishing to submit a bid on this project must submit a $50 non-refundable deposit to acquire the plans and bidding documents and be placed on our bidder's list. Bids must be submitted on the forms bound in the Bidding Document; must contain the names of every person or company interested therein; and shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond with satisfactory corporate surety in the amount of 100% of the bid amount subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids Shall Be Sealed and Marked as - CITY OF NAPOLEON EAST WASHINGTON STREET IMPROVEMENTS and hand delivered or mailed to the Board of Henry County Commissioners, 1853 Oakwood Avenue, Napoleon, OHIO 43545. Special Attention Must Be Given to all the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions, Federal Highway Administration-FHWA 1273, and Davis Bacon Wages, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for a payment and performance bond for 100% of the contract price. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities in any bid, and to accept any bid which is deemed most favorable to the County. Cost Estimate: $2,950,000.00 Completion Date: August 16, 2025
