SCOPE The Henry County Engineer is seeking bids for 703 aggregate to be used by the Henry County Highway Department No bid will be considered unless it be accompanied by a bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio or a certified check from a solvent bank in the amount of five (5%) percent of the total bid to guarantee that if said bid is accepted. The price bid for 703 aggregate shall be the unit price per ton, F.O.B. Henry County trucks at the pickup site and shall be effective from February 1, 2025 through January 31, 2026. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
