The group gathered first at the Ag Center and recognized many key players who had a part in the multi-million-dollar project. The ceremony then proceeded to the building site where the proposed 43,750-square foot building will be constructed on the north end of the fairgrounds, which is currently where a large tent housing livestock pens and this year’s temporary show arena stands. ______________________________ Henry County Community Exhibit Building Project. Bidders shall submit written questions to Kraig A. Beilharz, Beilharz Architects, Inc. at architects@beilharzarchitects.com by 11:30 a.m., August 2, 2024 All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
