Relocate existing mechanical and electrical infrastructure in preparation for a building addition. Relocation includes two electrical service entrances and two air-cooled chillers. Ancillary work includes re-working existing electrical feeders and chilled water piping, both exterior to the school and interior to the school. No additional cost will be allowed by the Owner for the contractor's failure to obtain all material. Contract documents are made available only for the purposes of this Project. Their use does not grant a license for other purposes. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
