The City of Fort Worth Water Department (the Department) is requesting proposals to conduct Wholesale Wastewater Cost of Service and Rate Studies using the Utility Basis, existing rate model and schedules, presentation formats, financial and other data as provided by City staff and reports established in the uniform wholesale contract between The City of Fort Worth and its Wholesale Customers (Customers). The City's budget for the Studies shall not exceed $50,000 and will require between 120 hours and 150 hours to complete. Interested firms must submit the following material to be considered: a) One (1) original and three (3) copies of the proposal; b) One (1) CD or (1) Flashdrive with a pdf version of the proposal; The Department reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted. There is no expressed or implied obligation for the Department to reimburse responding firms for any expenses incurred in preparing proposals in response to this request. The Department reserves the right to retain all proposals submitted and to use any ideas in a proposal regardless of whether or not that proposal is selected. Term of Engagement The term of the agreement will be for the period beginning on or about March 1, 2025 and ending on September 30, 2025 with the final report for the Wastewater Cost of Service and Rate Studies to be completed by June 20, 2025.
