SCOPE OF WORK: The City of Flint, Finance Department of Purchases & Supplies, is soliciting sealed bids for providing: TRIMMING AND MOWING OF TRIANGLES, BOULEVARDS, AND FLINT CITY CEMETERY Scope of work: The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, incidentals and other related materials required to completely and satisfactory groom, nurture, cultivate, sustain, care for and otherwise maintain the specified parkland and lawns provided by the Department of Parks & Recreation for the period 6/30/25 through 6/30/28. All services will be performed according to the highest industry standards for such services. All services will be performed on a predictable, regular basis without need for additional advice or planning. All non-routine work shall have prior approval from the Park & Forestry Supervisor as this work is generally done at an additional cost over and above the contracted prices. The City of Flint is requesting all vendors to submit a list of equipment that will be used to perform said services. Equipment must be available for immediate inspection after the opening of the bid. The City of Flint reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept or reject any bid in part, and to waive any minor informality or irregularity in bids received if it is determined by the City of Flint, or their designee, that the best interest of the City will be served by doing so.
