MARTA is soliciting quotes from firms to provide disposals unit services for MARTA's Office of Facilities. The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority ("MARTA" or the "Authority") is soliciting quotes from firms to provide and service feminine hygiene units and sharps disposal containers for MARTA's MARTA Department Office of Facilities pursuant to the terms and conditions contained in Part 4 ("Contract") of the RFQ. All Quoters (and any representative thereof) are strictly prohibited from contacting any MARTA employees (or third-party representatives or consultants of MARTA) on any matter having to do with this procurement. No quotation of $200,000 or more will be considered. Each quote submitted to MARTA will become the property of MARTA, without compensation to Quoter, for MARTA's use, in MARTA'ssole discretion. Conditions placed upon a quote or exceptionsto the terms of this RFQ (or the Contract) may result in MARTA deeming the quotation non-responsible. If MARTA awards a Contract pursuant to this procurement, MARTA will prepare and forward to the successful Quoter a Contract substantially in the form included in this solicitation document.
