Perry Township Schools Holder Field Baseball & Softball Complex Project #: 239166 All work for the complete construction of the Project will be under one or more prime contracts with the Owner based on bids received and on combinations awarded. The Construction Manager will manage the construction of the Project. Bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidders will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of their Contract amount prior to execution of Contracts. The Contractor shall commence work within ten (10) days after being notified in writing to proceed and shall complete the Work within the time limitations established in the Form of Agreement. 1.
