Total cost for asbestos abatement will be in the $200,000.00 to $250,000.00 range. Will Be Provided by a Separate Contractor Under Contract Directly With the Owner. Abatement Will Be by Successful Contractor. This Bid Will Be for the Phased Abatement Work for 2025 and 2026 Only. Scope is Further Defined in the Drawings and Specifications. Bids Shall Be Executed in Accordance With Indiana Board of Accounts Form No. 96 (Current Revision) - Contractor's Bid for Public Works (Available at online With a Financial Statement Complying With Section Iii of Form No. 96, Supplemental Bid Form (Document 004113), a Satisfactory Bid Bond, or Certified Check Pursuant to I.c. 36-1-12-4.5, Payable to: Metropolitan School District of Washington Township. Bid Shall Be Delivered in a Sealed Envelope Plainly Labeled and Addressed to: Metropolitan School District of Washington Township 2025/2026 North Central High School Phase Asbestos Abatement The Name and Return Address of the Bidder. Should a Successful Bidder Withdraw the Bid, or Fail to Execute a Satisfactory Contract, the Owner May Then Declare the Bid Deposit Forfeited as Liquidated Damages. Bidder Receiving the Award Shall Furnish an Approved One Hundred Percent (100%) Performance Bond and a One Hundred Percent (100%) Labor and Materials Payment Bond Prior to Execution of the Contract Which Cover Faithful Performance of the Contract and the Payment of All Obligations Arising Thereunder.
