Pursuant to and in compliance with your Notice to Bidders and the Information to Bidders relating thereto, we hereby offer to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, and other facilities necessary for the restroom rehabilitation at the Fire Department at both, 103 Maple Avenue, Rockville Centre, New York as required by and in strict accordance with plans/specifications by the Village of Rockville Centre (RVC) and the NYS Building Code. The following construction must take place: The contractor is to verify all existing conditions prior to construction. The contractor is to perform all work as indicated on the enclosed plans and specifications. All work is to be coordinated with the Fire Department for scheduling and coordination Access to site shall be maintained throughout the project. Contractor to repair any damaged walls, ceilings partitions etc. as necessary. Contractor to provide and install fixtures, tiles and paint colors as approved by Village. The contractor shall be responsible for the removal, hauling and disposal of all existing material being removed. (No separate pay item) (N.S.P.I.) Contractor to provide $10,000 contingency for any unforeseen items. All plumbing is to be done by a Village licensed plumber. All electric work is to be done by a Village licensed electrician. All original payment requests are to be addressed to 1 College Place, Rockville Centre, NY 11570 Attn: Accounting Department The contractor is to provide a "schedule of values" prior to the start of construction. Contractor shall submit all payments in "AIA" format. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, bank check or bid bond payable to the Incorporated Village of Rockville Centre in the amount of five (5%) percent of the gross amount of the bid.
