Site work and new construction of a fitness / recreation center in Frankfort, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.
The Work consists of the necessary site work, including rough and finish grade, excavation, site drainage, detention area, utilities connections, concrete pavement, sidewalk, curbs, asphalt pavement, and dumpster enclosure. Construction of a new 18,466 square foot pre-engineered metal building with concrete footer and foundations, slab on grade, interior partition walls, steel railings and stairs, insulation, masonry, metal roofing, and metal siding. Installation of coiling doors, metal door frames, metal and wood doors, door hardware, and windows. Interior finishes include flooring, athletic surfaces, painting, cabinets, casework, and suspended ceilings. All plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, fire alarm, security, door access, and IT systems are included. Bid Packages: 1A GW&L; 2A Site Work; 15A Plumbing, 15B Mechanical; 16A Electrical; 17A CCTV; 17B Building Alarm & Security; 17C Access Control All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders, according to Ohio Revised Code. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility. Documents will be available the morning of the pre-bid meeting.
