Pittsburgh Obama Finish Floor Replacement and Miscellaneous Work General and Asbestos Primes Project Location - Pittsburgh OBAMA - 515 N Highland Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15206 On-site work shall start June 17, 2025. The work shall be substantially completed and ready for Owner use on August 11, 2025. Punch list items must be completed 30 days after substantial completion. A. The "work" in this project includes General Construction Work and Asbestos Abatement Work; at Pittsburgh Obama , located at 515 N Highland Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15206 B. The General Prime Contractor will assume the role as "Lead Contractor", including overall project coordination responsibilities, for all other prime contracts. C. The work under trades by prime contractors shall furnish and deliver all materials, tools, equipment, water tests, transportation, secure all permits, license, do and perform all labor, superintendent and all means of construction, pay all fees and do all incidental work, execute and finish in an expeditious, substantial and workmanlike manner the project in accordance with drawings and specifications to complete satisfaction and acceptance of the Owner. The above Scope is outlined in drawings and specifications, which include but is not limited to the following: a. Incorporate all work to complete within specified timeframe. b. Remove all items marked or reasonably implied as shown on drawings per specifications and dispose of all debris legally. c. Retain items as noted on drawings or as requested by the owner and store safely for re-use or possible re-installation. d. Provide proper protection to work and occupants throughout the duration of the project. e. Each Prime shall perform all cutting, patching and touch-up paint as required to complete their work. f. Each Prime shall provide approved containers (dumpsters) and clean up and legally dispose of all debris pertaining to the work. g. Arrange for and provide temporary facilities and controls required for the execution of all work. h. Install and maintain storage and work sheds as required for the execution of all new work. i. Provide and maintain schedules and reports, including photographs throughout the entire construction project per the project documents. j. Provide As-Built drawings. k. Provide Operations and Maintenance Manuals and Warranties. l. Each prime shall provide cleaning and dust control as specified throughout Division 1 specifications. m.
