Renovation of an Existing Sandusky County Court The Sandusky County Commissioners and Faciality Management invite all interested firms to submit Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for Design Build Criteria Architectural Services for the renovation of an existing Sandusky County Court 1. The Services required will be for the following: Investigation, Funding Assistance, Architectural Criteria Drawings, Bidding, and Construction Inspection to complete the renovations. For the renovation, SOQ should include information regarding the firm's history, abilities, expertise, equipment, facilities and staff availability; education and experience of key personnel; proximity to the project, previous work performed for the County, recent and relevant projects; references; project cost; and project understanding and approach. For more detailed information, firms can contact the Facilities Management Department at 419-334-6201 . Responding firms will be evaluated per ORC 153.65 to 153.71 and negotiations will be entered with the highest ranked firm. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
