The City of Visalia does not provide an Engineer's Estimate, however the total approved Project Budget for the Riggin Avenue Widening Project (Kelsey to Shirk) as was approved in the City's Capital Improvement Program for this project is approximately $9,700,000 The total approved Project Budget is an estimate of the total project delivery costs which includes but is not limited to construction, engineering design, construction support, city project management and administrative costs.
