Renovation of an educational facility in Visalia, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

All labor, material, equipment, and services to perform all selective demolition and construction required by the Contract Documents, including but not limited to Alterations to (3) Existing Classroom Buildings (Buildings 2, 3 & 4), Alterations to (1) Existing Library Building (Building 9), Alterations to (1) Existing Multi-Use Building (Building 15), Carpet and Painting to Relocatable Classroom Buildings (Buildings 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, 24 & 26), Fire Alarm and Low Voltage Technology / Electrical Power Upgrades to Relocatable Classroom Buildings (Buildings 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, 24 & 26), Fire Alarm Upgrades to Building 1, Miscellaneous site work for accessibility upgrades, including a new student drop-off, Demolition of (1) existing office building (Building 5) and (1) existing storage shed, The architects contact for questions or RFIs is Manuel Acosta at manuel@mangini.us This Contract is subject to prequalification pursuant to Public Contract Code section Pursuant to Public Contract Code Section 20111.6, subsections (b) through (m), all general contractors and mechanical, electrical and plumbing subcontractors in license classifications A, B, C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C- 42, C- 43 and C- 46 who intend to bid on the project must be pre-qualified. No bid will be accepted for such projects from subcontractors in the listed license categories that are not on the Owners Qualified Bidder List. A list of pre-qualified contractors will be provided with the bid documents. The deadline for Project Completion is August 1, 2026. Bids must be accompanied by a bidders bond, cashiers check, or certified check for at least ten percent (10%) of the amount of the base bid and made payable to the Owner, as detailed in the Contract Documents. the successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment (Labor and Material) Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum, and a Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum. The Owner reserves the right to add or deduct any of the additive or deductive items after the lowest responsible and responsive bidder is determined. The lowest bid shall be determined on the amount of the base bid.
