Toilet Rooms: The Base Bid Project work includes all general construction, mechanical, plumbing and electrical work to renovate the existing toilet rooms as shown on the Contract Documents. b. Locker Rooms: The Base Bid work includes new finishes, fixtures, toilet partitions and lockers. c. General Office Toilet Rooms: Alternate #1 shall be the renovation of the general office toilet rooms and adjacent spaces as shown on the Contract Documents. d. Locker Rooms: Alternate #2 work includes all general construction, mechanical, plumbing and electrical work to completely renovate the existing locker rooms as shown on the Contract Documents. PITTSGROVE MIDDLE SCHOOL: Alternate Bid #3 a. Remove and replace existing exterior hollow metal doors, frames and hardware. Provide new FRP doors, aluminum frames and ADA compliant hardware. Bidders' Prime Subcontractors, defined as those listed in N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-18, must be pre-qualified by DPMC with the DPMC classification associated with the work they intend to directly perform or subcontract.
