The Scope of Services includes the following: Bidder shall retain in their direct employ technicians with a minimum of 5 years" experience and training in rebuilding electric motors and pumps to factory specifications for a variety of manufacturers including but not limited to Marathon, Barnes, Centri-pro, Franklin, Goulds, Fairbanks-Morse, Baldor, Westinghouse, Leeson, US Motors, Emerson, Allis Chalmers, Armstrong, A.O. Smith, Reliance, Magnatek, Century, Optima HE Plus, General Electric, Bell and Gossett, Armstrong, Taco, Aurora, Cornell, and Gorman Rupp. Service provider shall pick up motors/pumps from City at no additional cost. Upon completion of work, service provider shall deliver motor/pumps to the City. Scope of services shall include but not be limited to diagnosis, repair, rebuild, and installation of electric motors and pumps. The City will not hold a Pre-Bid Conference. The City of Delray Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax.
