The areas for the improvements are in Area 5 towards the west end of Germantown Road providing reclaimed water mains and services to 5 properties; Area #10 near both NW and SW 2nd Avenue providing reclaimed water mains and services to 8 properties; and in Area 14 providing reclaimed water mains and services to 8 properties for a total installation of approximately 4,400 LF of pipe for the Area 5, 10, and 14 Reclaim Water Improvements project, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Invitation to Bid Construction. The City will not conduct a site visit for this solicitation.
