The objective of this project is to complete the 3yr electrical inspection and testing requirements outlined in VHA Directive 1028 "Facility Electrical Power Systems" at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center (JHQVAMC) at Mountain Home, TN. The inspection and testing of the power distribution system includes both low and medium voltage distribution equipment, including transformers, switchgear, switchboards, distribution panels, motor control centers, automatic transfer switches (ATS), manual transfer switches (MTS), breakers, relays, emergency power systems, generators, and all associated components. A comprehensive report will be required to document all procedures, tests, deficiencies, and recommendations for equipment that does not meet the required standards/codes for operation. The contractor shall be required to furnish all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, tools, and supervision to perform the inspection, testing and maintenance of the electrical distribution system at the JHQVAMC at Mountain Home, TN. The Period of Performance (POP) for this project is 180 calendar days from the notice to proceed.
