Renovation of a mixed-use development in Johnson City, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of March 17, 2025, the project was awarded to A-Z Office Resource but the awarded amount is not available.** Schools would like furniture to be installed week of March 17, 2025. Question Deadline 02/07/2025 Questions must be received by the City at least four (4) working days prior to the scheduled opening. No oral interpretations or instructions given by any city employee or any other person shall apply. Changes relative to any solicitation will be in writing, in the form of an addendum. 1. SCOPE Provide all parts, materials, labor and equipment as necessary to install furniture as specified at Johnson City Schools Central Office Learning Center as per these specifications and as noted on the attached drawings. 2. INSURANCE The attached Insurance Checklist (which includes a section for the Insurance agent to fillout) and General Contract Form shall be completed and returned with the bid package. Successful vendor shall provide certificate of insurance, as specified, prior to contract release by Purchasing. 3. CRIMINAL HISTORY AFFIDAVIT All bidders must execute the attached Criminal History Affidavit. Contractor shall comply with Tennessee Code Annotated Section 49-5-413, which requires all contractors to conduct a criminal history records check conducted by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the Federal Bureau of Investigation on each employee prior to permitting
