Additional Work items include: repair of concrete and grout; furnishing and installation of project sign, nameplate attachment bracket, washers for anchor bolt nuts, inlet/outlet pipe insulation, ladders, ladder safeclimbing devices, head deflector plates at platform manholes, brackets and fittings for a cathodic protection system, coaxial cable penetration boots, and vent pallet screen; adjust air break with existing flanged elastomeric check valve at discharge end of overflow pipe; including other miscellaneous repairs and incidental items. Limestone Cove Tank: The complete cleaning and repainting of the tank on the interior surfaces, and the complete cleaning and repainting of the exterior surfaces with containment. Additional Work items include: repair of concrete and grout; furnishing and installation of project sign, nameplate attachment bracket, air break and flanged elastomeric check valve at discharge end of overflow pipe, overlap for overflow weir box cover, ladder safe-climbing device, vandal deterrent, roof manholes, roof safety railings, brackets and fittings for a cathodic protection system, and pallet and pallet screen for existing clog-resistant roof . Note the Liberty Bell Spheroid Project estimated Notice to Proceed is Tuesday, May 27, 2025, following Memorial Day and the completion of the Johnson City, Tennessee Schools spring semester. Note Contractor shall demobilize from the Liberty Bell Spheroid tank site the entire week of June 29, 2025, including the July 4th holiday, due to a planned fireworks event near the tank site. Contractor may re-mobilize to the tank site on Monday, July 7, 2025.'
