SCOPE OF WORK Provide all labor, materials, and equipment required for a complete installation, including but not limited to: - Verify dimensions and existing conditions and notify Owner of and potential problems before bidding, ordering, and/or installing - Work to be done during normal weekday business hours. Evenings and weekends may be available upon request - Protect all areas from damage and construction dust - Submit shop drawings to Owner approval before ordering - Install Level 3 ballistic window units at each of the three reception window locations - Units to include clear polycarbonate glazing in dark bronze aluminum frame - Install three arch style openings with backers at each long counter (six total) - Install one transaction tray approximately 16x10 in existing counter at each opening (six total) - Install filler pieces or other accessories as needed for a complete installation - Install caulking, in a neat and clean manner, according to manufacturer requirements- Legally dispose of all removed and excess materials from site - Clean, Repair, or Replace any disturbance or damage to pre-existing conditions or better - Comply with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations - Comply with manufacturer instructions and provide all applicable warranties The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and supplies as required for a complete installation of bullet resistant widow systems at planning department & building department counters. Anticipated Award Date: April 4, 2025 Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price if project total is $100,000 or more.
