The First Tennessee Development District (FTDD) seeks qualifications to procure a planning firm for the purpose of performing planning activities for the recently funded Safe Streets for All planning grant. The plan should address a minimum of six of the eight components required for a Safety Action Plan as outlined by the Department of Transportation and produce an ADA Transition Plan. After evaluation of submittals by FTDD planning staff, one or more firms may be selected to provide planning services for each respective grant award/project as it is identified. The First Tennessee Development District reserves the right to accept or decline any bid or proposal made on any proposed purchase or contract. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
