This project includes Rehabilitation of the the well and water treatment plant building and evaluation/inspection of the Well No. 1 and Well No. 2. Project includes new piping, new pumps and motors, new electrical, and new chlorine metering pump, as well as cosmetic improvements to the existing water treatment plant building. The project is to be financed through the Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG Florida Commerce Agreement #22DB-OP-02-77-02-N13) administered by the State of Florida Commerce. Funding provided through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). All bids must be submitted in triplicate. Any bids received after the specified time and date will not be considered. Bids will be primarily evaluated based on price. Evaluations will also assess responsiveness and how responsible bidders have proved previously.
