As of April 10, 2025, this project is working through the process of selecting all the subcontractors. Phase 1 of construction expected to begin late April 2025. Joeris General Contractors, as Construction Manager, will be accepting proposals from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the Hurst-Euless-Bedford ISD Trinity High School Replacement, until 2:00PM on Wednesday, February 12, 2025. Proposals will be received at the offices of Joeris General Contractors, by email to bidsdfw@joeris.com or online to the Joeris General Contractors BuildingConnected Plan Room. Proposals will be evaluated to determine the "best value" to the Owner, including, but not limited to consideration of price, qualifications, experience, financial capability, and safety. SCOPE OF WORK: The project will be located at the existing Trinity High School, 500 N Industrial Blvd, Euless, TX 76039. The project consists of the replacement of the existing Trinity High School, including the athletics buildings, fine arts, classroom, student union, cafeteria, and administrative areas. The new school buildings will be built in phases adjacent to the occupied campus buildings.
