Pursuant to City of Entiat Resolution 2022-478 and RCW 39.80 Contracts for Architectural and Engineering Services, the City of Entiat solicits interest from engineering consulting firms with expertise in design and construction services for the City of Entiat's Citywide 2025 Chip Seal project Project Description Selected firm will prepare bid authorization forms and/ or specifications and provide construction project management services for the City of Entiat's 2025 Chip Seal project. TIB awarded the City of Entiat 95.00% of approved eligible project cost with the maximum grant of $475,344. A list of proposed streets identified for chip seal can be provided by contacting Mark Botello at Mbotello@entiatwa.us Evaluation Criteria Two-page submittals will be evaluated and ranked based on the following criteria: 1) Qualification of Proposed Project Manager 2) Qualifications/Expertise of Firm 3) Ability to meet schedule for 2025 Submittal Submittals should include the following information: Firm name, phone and fax numbers; Name of Principal-in-Charge and Project Manager; and number of employees in each firm proposed to project.
