The City of Entiat is inviting request for Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from planning and/or engineering firms interested in providing the following: The City of Entiat's Economic Business District Revitalization Master Plan. This Plan is an effort led by the city in partnership with other community groups and agencies to identify barriers to business vitality in Entiat, focusing especially on the downtown area. The goal of this plan is to identify a business district area and to identify specific actions that the city can take to increase economic success in Entiat while preserving and even enhancing the character and uniqueness of the community. This Plan would include a connectivity plan to other zoning districts, neighborhoods, parks, roadways, trails and a future arts district. A chapter of this Plan would be dedicated to the feasibility and/ or concept of establishing an Arts District at the Northend of Entiat City Park on Chelan County Assessor's parcel number 252109554600. Submit 4 copies of SOQ: SOQ shall be limited to 15 printed pages (front and back is considered 1 page) excluding front and back covers, and shall include the following information: 1. Firm experience 2. Proposed consultant team 3. Project understanding and approach 4. Past performance/ references related to Economic Business/ Revitalization District project plans This project is funded with City of Entiat funds. Interviews may be held at the City's discretion.
