The size of the facility is anticipated to be approximately 14,000 SF Building on a 8,000 SF footprint. Due to the anticipated plan review/permitting and fabrication schedule, and with the District's desired occupancy schedule in mind, The District intends to purchase the pre-engineered building system prior to completion of design documents and procurement of a general contractor. This RFP includes the pre-engineered building system only, general contracting and all other subcontractor trades (including pre-engineered building erection) will be bid at a later date.
