Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Briggsdale, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a 14,000-square-foot, two-story above grade fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
New construction of a 2-story Fire Station & Community space. The building will be constructed as a pre-engineered steel structure with metal panel exterior cladding. Proposed building will be 14,000 SF usable space with a 8,000 SF main level footprint, including the vehicle apparatus bays. The Owner has purchased the metal building & insulation package from Chief Buildings, which will arrive between August 27-September 3, 2025. We would be responsible for the erection of the pre-engineered metal building & insulation package. Construction is scheduled to begin August, 2025 through April, 2026, which will last approximately 9 months.
