This Project Consists of Landscape and Irrigation Improvements for the Reunion Ridge Metropolitan District No. 1. Landscape Improvements Include Open Space Landscape & Irrigation, Dog Park With Amenities, Landscape Walls, Gravel Maintenance Trail, and 1-yr Maintenance. The Bidder to Whom a Contract Is Awarded Will Be Required to Furnish a Certificate of Specified Insurance Coverage's and Performance and Payment Bonds in the Form Provided In the Contract Documents. The Amount of the Performance Bond and The Payment Bond Shall Each Be 100% of the Accepted Contract Amount. The Owner Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any and All Bids, to Waive Any Informality or Technicality in Any Bid, to Postpone the Award of the Contract for a Period Not Exceeding Forty-five (45) Days After the Bid Opening, All According to the Best Interests of the Owner. The Bids Shall Be in a Sealed Envelope, Plainly Marked "bid for Reunion F27 Landscape Improvements" or Submitted via Email to Tgraf@jrengineering.com With the Subject Line "bid for North Reunion Ridge Way (West) Landscape Improvements" and Should State The Name and Address of the Bidder. The Entire Bidding Requirement Documents Shall Be Submitted With the Bid. A Bid Bond is Not Required for This Bid. Hard Copy or Electronic Submission via Email of All the Required Documents Will Be Accepted. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for a Period of Forty-five (45) Days After the Date the Bids Are Opened.
