Second Creek Farms Park Construction of an approximate 6ac neighborhood park to include open space and community amenity improvements. Project includes site grading, hardscape construction, site furnishings, playground equipment, restroom building, utilities, storm drain system, site lighting, irrigation and landscape installation, and other Work indicated in the provided Contract Documents. All Work must be completed within 180 days of the issuance of a Notice to Proceed.
