Reference Number 0000381067 Purchase Type: Duration: 1 year Option: 4 renewal options The City of Commerce City is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the production and management of a seasonal outdoor ice rink, as described in this Request for Proposals. The selected Respondent is expected to install, maintain, operate and manage, and remove a seasonal outdoor ice rink, as more fully detailed in Section 4, Scope of Services. The awarded vendor must provide turnkey rental installation, management and maintenance, and removal services for a seasonal outdoor ice rink and holiday season special event for the City of Commerce City. The initial term of the contract will be one (1) year with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year terms. The desired location of the ice rink for the 2025-2026 season is Dick's Sporting Goods Park. Location may change each season but will remain a paved parking area Ice rink must be open to the general public for recreational skating from December 3, 2025 to February 16, 2026; strike will begin on February 17, 2026. The schedule is subject to change.
