Reference Number 0000380325 2025 Asphalt Mill & Overlay Project at locations throughout the City of Commerce City, Colorado. Additionally, the addition of one lane on the east side of Tower Road from E 104th Avenue to approximately E. 106th Avenue. Pricing is requested separately for Tower Road Widening, and also additional Mill & Overlay on Holly St from E. 56th Ave to E. 60th Ave and E. 63rd Ave from Holly St to Ivy St. Description of the Work The Work to be performed under this contract includes removal of pavement markings, asphalt repair, mill and overlay of designated streets, street widening, crack seal, installation of pavement striping and markings, pavement marking removal and additional related work based on circumstances, at locations to be provided by the Commerce City Public Works Department (see Attachment G). The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Contractor will be required to coordinate construction activities with the City and any other entities necessary for completion of the Project, including but not limited to utility providers, Republic Services, school districts, special districts, HOAs and Metro Districts, as applicable. All Work must be completed within 150 days of the issuance of a Notice to Proceed.
