A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** A description of the Work to be performed is Earthwork, underground utilities, storm drainage and channel improvements, roadway improvements, and erosion on controll A Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total Bid amount will be required. The Bid Bond will be retained by Owner as liquidated damages should the Successful Bidder fail to enter into a Contract with the Owner in accordance with the Bid.
